For a fixed monthly fee, we provide the following:

1. Monthly Financial Statements - Each month we provide you with an income statement, balance sheet, comparison of
current year to prior year results, summary of the last twelve months results, bank reconciliation and general ledger. We give you
the tools to analyze your business and be more successful.

2. Review of Your Internally Generated Financial Statement - We provide monthly analysis and adjustment of
your in house Quickbooks or Peachtree accounting systems, with software support and training available at your request. We
help make your accounting system work for you. Our staff can assist you in customizing your invoices, reconciling your bank
accounts, recording credit card payments and much more. A financial statement is provided along with adjusting entries, so your
internal accounting system reports updated, accurate business information.

3. Timely Preparation of all Payroll and Sales Tax Returns - We prepare all payroll tax and sales tax returns. These
include Forms 941, 940, DE6, DE7, W-2s, 1099 and BOE-101-A2. We help you avoid costly penalties and stay out of trouble with
the taxing authorities.

4. Unlimited Consultations - We will be happy to answer any tax or accounting questions you may have. You may call us,
e-mail us or come into our office for a visit. We do not charge extra for these consultations because we want to encourage
communication between us. It is through communication that we can save you money and help you succeed.

5. Tax Planning - We send you a year-end reminder letter of actions you should take to close the year and minimize your tax
burden. Most important, we review your business and personal tax situation with you at least annually and give you tax advice.

6. Pick Up and Delivery of Your Accounting Records - We will visit your office each month to pick up your accounting
records and deliver the prior month's financial statements.
